Went for it.. Felipe Pikullik

After mulling it over for a while I ended up ordering one of his very reasonably priced watches with the following movement:

I’ll be going with Breguet numerals on the dial side and a matte/textured dial in either salmon, cream or maybe grey. Leaning into cream. Thinking of something like this...

Anyways, pretty excited to see how this goes! At the price point…I felt it was a no brainer and the fact he could do so much custom work made me pull the trigger.  smile

I was a little worried at first given the lack of reviews out there but I messaged a few of his customers directly on Instagram and they said good things.

Very cool looking movement I think,

made me visit his website immediately. Looking forward to your future review.

The movement is really eye catching. Well done!

It's great to see so many lovely pieces from independents. These are wonderful times for enthusiasts!

I would opt for applied numerals if available...

One idea is that the subsection could be a sapphire disk that is lifted in a way like in the Kari rectangle watch, what do you think? Also, maybe instead of the circle minute counters, they could be more ovals? just to add a slight variant on the tradition? But more importantly what do you think?
