I think the black dial would work with the black leather or the black rubber.  How do you like it?  Do you have more pictures on this strap?  I have been wondering if my silver/white dial would work on a rubber strap, but I have yet to see a photo of that combo.  That deployant buckle is quite pricey...

and for the buckle, i ask gold smith to make one for me ( tang buckle) since VC original buckle cost too much.
