I am referring to a post from 'mrtorts' entitled "UN is garbage. Buyers beware".

Our watchmakers from our service centers, who are dedicated Ulysse Nardin employees, would like to know more details about the repair problems you have encountered with your Ulysse Nardin timepiece.

May I kindly ask you to send us an email to our email address: service @ ulysse-nardin . com (please remove spaces when emailing) with more details like repair number, model and serial number and the name of the retailer that sent in your watch for repair.

It is our goal to respond to after sales service manners promptly and to service and repair timepieces professionally.

He will take care of any irregularity if there is any. He takes his position and the reputation of UN very seriously and it's after sales service in the US is probably second to none IMHO. I have worked with Patrik on many occasions and can tell you he will take care of you.
