Well what a week this has been.
This time last week I had just received my 5205G back.
Then followed a week of emails & phone calls.
Then finally yesterday this arrived.
A R/G 3940.
Apologise for the quick photos, but it is not my strong point.
To say that I am over the moon, would be an UNDERSTATMENT
I also chose a Chocolate coloured matt strap to go on the deployant.

An excellent choice. I feel that people can't really understand how beautiful and perfect 3940R is before placing it on his wrist. Equipped with matt or shiny chocolate brown strap...

Thank you so much Oliver, when I saw the first photo, it took me a few seconds to realise, that it was my hair wrist and the very first Patek, that I ever owned.
When looking back, I see that I have been an exceptionally lucky and privileged collector.
It was only while looking at the 39040R did I realise had many other pieces I have owned over the recent years!.
And it got me thinking, who amongst us decide on our next watch with our head or our heart?
I believe that I am the latter what about you?
