I am glad to see these photos of this remarkable PP. She continues to look in such fantastic condition for a 50-year old. I hope I look that good when I turn 50. Not likely, I'm afraid.
I am surprised we do not hear more of the 3417 on teh forum, but the chatter most often seems to be about the recent releases, of course. You are my 3417 Expert!
Best,

Marco, I am afraid my command of Italian is virtually non-existent, so I cannot do the translation. I struggle to translate bits and pieces for myself, but I could not do justice in a translation for anyone else. There are some photosgraphs of English text and many photos that would be of broader interest, however... That is your decision of course.

Oh dont start me on the virtues of the Amagnetic!!!!
Hurry up with that translation Marco!!!!!
I saw one for sale, recently, and I was thinking about getting it, as it would be a nice complement for my " Amagnetic collection "...
I only have the Geophysic for the moment, but I'm hunting the Omega CK 2914 ( Railmaster ), the IWC Ref 666 ( I cant pass on this one ...
), and the Milgauss 1019.
This PP is one I didn't even know since I saw it for sale, and I had to do my homework before deciding to go for it.
So, if it is the one you got, it shows that we obviously hunt on the same grounds, my friend.
Bac to the watch, it is a superb specimen ,understarted, elegant, which reminds me a bit the JLC Geophysic ( except the small second ).
Superb!
Best,
Nicolas
