if I may ask....which PAM?
5135 is 51mm tip-to-tip...my guess is that any 44mm PAM will be at least that (and larger as Frank mentioned)
If a new 5135 did not fit you right at your AD, I guess it was becuase of the stiff new strap, as mentioned above and
also per my own personal experience. Try to find a used 5135 - just to for trying out. It should fit OK.
You even have larger wrist than me. My wrist is 6.5" and it fits perfectly after the strap is worn in (and I am even talking
about the stock strap - not just the custom one I had made.
Best of luck. Milos
I concur with all that whilst the strap is still new and stiff the watch does not feel "right" on your wrist.
I mention that my 5135 is Platinum because being even heavier it was difficult to become used to wearing at first as it would swing round my wrist because it would not sit flat due to the stiffness of the strap. I was fortunate to have Milos' advice that this is a temporary problem which will only last a couple of weeks if you wear it daily.
I can now say that my absolute favorite PP sits perfectly and feels just right. I note that some posters compare the size to Panerai. I really enjoy larger watches but found Panerai too big and uncomfortable, but the 5135 is sublime!
Good luck with your project.
