2nd Patek and loving it!
Hello! I’m new to this thread and would love to share my Patek experiences. And so far I’m loving every bit of it!!! The 5980 is a special model for me as it wears different from the Patek’s I know. It feels like a typical sports watch with unusual thickness and heft for Patek standards. But when looking at the dial it has a clean simplistic layout and looking closer you see the complication and sophistication. Wonderful piece!

it has just the right weight, the bracelet is more solid than on the 5711, all in all the best nautilus configuration for me.

Great Reference and Congratulations
I have a different favorite reference for reason’s delivered in my picture. Any of the natilus chronos are definite keepers and I would love to have any of them...Jim

I have the same model, but I'm on vacation wearing a different model so I can't join the thread of pictures today.
Question: I don't see too many of these for sale second hand. Specifically the 1st series blue dial. Did PP just not make that many? Or do owners love them so much they never sell them ?
