As far as the TR cars go my favorite model is the TR6 design-wise, but I frankly have no clue if any of them are genuinely good to drive.

Die-Cast Model of Finn McMissile from Disney/Pixar's Cars 2
As the release of Disney/Pixar's new animated film Cars 2 is approaching there is an overwhelming amount of merchandise hitting the market. Among this merchandise there are very inexpensive well-made replicas of the movie characters among which Finn McMissile appeals to me most due to the design inspired by James Bond's silver 1964 Aston Martin DB5 and the fact that the character is actually a master British spy. 'Charming and eloquent, it’s his stealth maneuvering, intelligence and years in the field that enable him to thwart unexpected attacks from bad guys. Finn is elegant, nice, and kind. He's also daring and extremely brave.' reads the character description. On top of that the character is voiced by one of the actors I hold in highest esteem - Sir Michael Caine. Anyway, here are some photos that I took of the die-cast model, as you can see I attempted for them to have a bit of an atmosphere, but please keep in mind that I only have a lousy camera at my disposal. I just recalled she was based on a 911 .
There's another Aston in Cars 2 which is based on the DB9R (Racing car) and the character's name is Nigel Gearsley. I'll probably get that model too .
Anyway what I'm really looking forward to is seeing the movie!

predated the the DB4. The styling is remarkably similar, with the cars actually sharing tail-lights. But the Peerless was TR3 based with a fibreglass shell not a lovely Touring body.
