Are you visiting my neighbor? If so you have Beverly Hills BMW plates on the car and a wire running out the driver door

 By: cazalea : July 15th, 2019-16:37
I suspect it's not you. Do you know what that black wire could be?

Mine is the Sephisto Grey color but strange about that wire...

Maybe the driver is trying to measure something on the rear “wind channel”???

 By: Jurry : July 31st, 2019-01:05
I just like both.

Can’t help it, I like the i8 a lot, that Volvo is gorgeous, my modern new S class drives perfect yet when I get in my 74 Mercedes SL500 I feel happy as well.

Futuristic (modern I would say)

 By: 1WatchMan : July 15th, 2019-16:43
But I appreciate classics as well.

I’ll just say ICE over electric for me.

 By: jp884 : July 15th, 2019-18:47
Their has to be a visceral connection for me that electric simply cannot deliver regardless of the 0-60 numbers.

Futuristic electric for me. [nt]

I'll take the Ochs & Junior watch as well, Cazalea.

Good try — it's the Paul Gerber special for PuristsPro

Vintage cars are lovely to look at with their detailing but are too expensive to maintain. I once had a Mercedes 190SL which cost me one thousand sterling pounds a month to maintain  After six months, I had to sell the car, as the head had to over rule the heart.  I am also not into anything futuristic and do no even use a smart phone as I prefer a keypad!  So my preference really is for a fast reliable car that won cost an arm and a leg to maintain - something like the Lexus LC500!  smile

I like that LC500 quite a lot, still have to drive it though. [nt]

My automotive holy grail as it costs double in Malaysia as it does anywhere else due to import taxes on cars.

Same as Dirk. Have to try it... [nt]

I am reluctant to drive it......

 By: sham1 : July 15th, 2019-22:50
just in case it feels as good as it looks in which case I would be in a predicament as to whether to get rid of all my watches or buy the car. Okay, okay, no competition - the watches will always win!! smile

But watches and cars go together so well! ;) [nt]

While in London, it was Aston Martin Vantage and Patek while in Kuala Lumpur, it is Subaru BRZ and Grand Seiko!!  smile
