Hi, Janef,
The Gefica is a surprisingly wearable big watch - yes, it is very big, imposing, and you can't be low profile with it on your wrist.
But if you like the look (I do) it is very very cool.
It has been extremely reliable and accurate for me, but you do need to know how to work it, or keep the manual handy, if you need to reset the time and date.
Maintenance of the case is no issue at all if you don't mind the patination; if you do, it comes with a fiberglass brush.
Again, definitely a statement watch, for good or bad.
Cheers,
TM
The new Bulgari version has larger minutes displayed in 10 minute increments with smaller minutes and 5 minute markers concentric and on a track closer to the center of the dial. Whereas the original GG version had alternating 10 minute and slightly smaller 5 minute indicators on the dial. IMO based on the pics the newer Bulgari version is easier to read more accurately. There's also a cutout on the concave dial at the 4 and 8 o'clock position which adds more depth and dimension to the new version.
Keep us posted on when you get your Gefica!

which definitely impacts how they patinate.
Not sure about the alloys used.
Good question!
