Having got all official catalogues from MB, I still can say which version this is..
Is it a manual wind MBR100 in stainless steel? So, does it exist? Any ideas?

Hi Thomas, No take a look at the middle bridge
It is the manual wind MBR110 which belongs to the new release open date (Skeleton date) model which was released at SIHH in stainless steel.

Notice that MBR100 is also clearly marked on the middle bridge but this belongs to the limited edition Nicolas Star Rieussec which was only released in precious metals.
