With the help of a watch photography expert who edited my photo I believe I have captured the beauty of the classic Lange 1 and its blued hands. I am proud to have this Lange 1 in my collection. Bill

i'm looking for some more informations and i've found out that it's supposed to be a limited series (discontinued) of 600 pieces, but don't you think that 600 are too many?

I found somewhere that there are 100 pieces with this design. This was also confirmed by a Lange representative when I was in Glashütte.
It was a special series for jeweller Hausmann in Rome, therefore this model is often called "Italia". Still my favourite under all the Lange 1 varieties.

I don't believe this was a special edition for an AD.

which metal do we talk about?

• If it is WG with blue hands it is not a Limited Edition and it is not called "Italia" or something like this.
• If it is PTwith blue hands it would be a Limited Edition for Cellini.
• It it would be steel with blue hands, well that is another story - a very (!) rare one

So guys, what are we talking about here?
