Hi! I am the proud owner of a Breguet 5920 in rose gold, since the end of year 2004. I wear it everyday in the mornings and it accompany me to my office in the Court House. Despite of my devoted attention, my watch has visited the Breguet Service,( really the Swatch Group Service) for three times in this short period of its life. The first time for an accuracy problem I didn't mattered, the second one it simply stopped on my wrist, and the last one, on December 2007,because the manual wind didn't work properly. Some days ago I discovered that the hours hand has a deviation and it is not " o'clock" with the minutes one. The Service has told me they have tho check my watch once again...
Although my opinion of Breguet continues to be positive, I am rather disappointed because of so many problems I hadn't had before with watches of standards trademarks.
Do you think that those incidents are normal, or maybe they proof a generalized malfunction of my watch?

there is plenty of evidence that Breguet are active to fix any problem.....
You could put pressure onto your AD or srervice provider to get it fixed once and for all.... but after three attempts, if it were my watch, then I would bring the problem to Breguet directly via their Technical Division which you can get off their web site.
I would be surprised if you do not get satisfaction....Please keep us informed.

I 've got an answer from Breguet. They assure me the movement of my watch is perfect, and apologize because of the human mistake of their service in Spain, that caused the hour hand was not fitted properly to the shaft.

Did you get direct contact from Breguet HQ or local Breguet Rep/AD.
Was it the letter writing calling of posting that help effect the response.
Anything to help the guy solve his/her problem quicker.

The answer came personally from the Customer Care Manager of Montres Breguet HQ at Geneva. Maybe they are paying attention because of the complaint letter I sent to them some days ago, anyway I didn't expect less courtesy from a so prestigious mark.
We shall see in the future, but by the moment, one Breguet is enough for me!!
