This 1940s Bovet Mono-Rattrapante is a super rare and impressively preserved Chronograph with a stunning silver dial in excellent condition and vintage look and a rare unique complication of a single split hand Chronograph, Valjoux Cal. 84
It starts by pressing the top pusher. Pressing and holding the bottom split chronograph pusher that will stop the second hand. This allows the time to be read. If you release the lower pusher, the second hand catches up with the elapsed time and continues to run.
It is in excellent working condition due to a recent, 2025 Overhaul. Another special and rare feature is the highly regarded large 37+mm St. Steel Spillmann case with beveled edges as well as the original blue Military radium lume hands & numerals.
A highly desirable piece for the Collector of early rare Chronographs.
