What's the best way to care my Omega?
I have an Omega lady Constellation Quartz bought just 3 years ago. I see that it is working daily so that if the battery life finishes, I can immediately change it. And I handled it gently, without water getting to it, no knocks etc. Yet, when it stopped suddenly and I sent it for battery change, I was told, it is not the battery's problem but that I didn't service it during the 3 years.
I have many other cheaper quartz watches and everytime, when the watches stopped, I just change their batteries and they happily work on. I didn't expect the Omega to go down like this in just 3 years. Is there anything I should do not know about how to take care of it? Is Constellation Quartz that fragile? Sorry to have doubts but I am a novice in Omega. I should have bought the automatic one for maintenance free? Thanks for any good advices.

I own an Omega Seamaster Titane Quartz for 21 years now. It was serviced once, some 5 years ago when the titanium bracelet needed replacement (worn after 16 years almost continuous use) and Omega insisted on servicing the watch. It has kept faultlessly ti...
