I have been involved as far as I had put a snipe on it - but much too low...
I would have bought it at a much lower rate for just the movement´s sake as I needed it for parts.
It has a 30 T2 SC Rg in it which was surely not born with this watch case - I think it is a put together piece just using a left over movement.
My guess for the size is 37,5 mm as most of these large cases of this era.
But the movement looks to be in very good condition!

Hi Steve, This is a R 17.8 SC supposedly from an early run as it still has the nickel finish. Nickel SC 17.8 movements are not often seen... most are the sub sec versions in rose gold guilt. kind regards Erich
