The original bracelets were 1159 with 155 end links, and 1162 . . .

. . . with 172 end links.  The one I just sourced was originally fitted to f300 Seamasters, but fits a Flightmaster perfectly.  It had some wear and tear, and the price was reasonable, so I thought, "Finding 155 end links for my 1159 has proved to be impossible.  I've missed a few complete 1159 bracelets over the years.  Why not go for this substitute?"

Of course, if I ever find the right end links, I'll snap 'em up in a second and have the 1159 fitted in a flash!

. . . for my Flightmaster. Not a properly issued 1159/155 or 1162/172, but an 1178/172, originally fitted to f300 tuning fork Seamasters. At least it's from the same era, and fits seamlessly. Satisfied, Art ...

Cool and fancy Flightmaster

Good to see that you found a bracelet that matches it so nicely. And a very nice picture that does not leave any doubt who took it Warmest regards, Martin

I'll take a few wrist shots tomorrow night . . .

. . . works well enough, and there's always hope of eventually locating 155 end-pieces for my 1159 bracelet. Mid-afternoon Sunday here . . . getting ready to go out for the evening after staying home the last few days. How 'bout yourself, Captain?

Great one, my dear Art. [nt]

. . . please get it for me. I have an 1159, but with 15 4 end links to fit a Mk II. All I need are 155 end links, but can buy another bracelet so long as it hasn't been polished. Gratefully, Art

Looks Great, ENJOY! [nt]
