I do not currently own vintage pre-bond Omega although I think they are stunning… Especially the 1968 to 1975 Seamasters… having said that I do think the current PO models are the best Omega has ever created certainly technically and equal to the 70s aest...

I kind of fell out of love with Omega (2 botched orders from an AD and a Boutique). I hit a craze for Omega 2008 models (I've got a PloProf and a Rattrapante) and a Planet Ocean has always been on the to add list. Vintage, I love 90s pieces that are weird...

However it got the star look (I'm suspecting service) it looks great. It actually came out pretty consistent, the movement is crisp I made sure to confirm that years ago, was imagining the worst for this piece but fortunately it's been a workhorse.
I've mentioned my fondness for pre-Bonds several times . . .
