Vintage awesomeness . . .

. . . or awesome vintage - take your pick!  Omega's 33.3 chronos took off before the Speedmaster craze; I never seriously contemplated getting one, partly on account of the price of admission.  But thankfully, they haven't gone thru the stratosphere yet, unlike some of the earlier Speedy references.

Also wearing vintage today, Seeks.

Tiff hasn't had any wrist time in at least a year . . . long past due.

Best,

Art

I spent last weekend taking some macros of this old chronograph with Cal 33.3. Here are some fresh shots and macros to share. Recent I found a corner in my house that is more suitable for taking this type of photo: For a 38mm watch, its 20mm lugs width ma...

That's exactly the sort of watch that made me love watches in the first place. I love the dial! The pushers and crown are great. The size is perfect.

I feel the same way about certain watches. And thankful that I am in this hobby with friends in real life and in virtual forums! Be well and stay safe !

Before reading your post, I hoped that the case is at least 36mm.

It is good that they made this in 38mm which was relatively big for the 40s/50s. 38mm is a good size today and with a 20mm lug width, that is a plus too Best regards and stay safe !

38mm is the perfect size for my wrist as well!
