Good explanation Mr Roboto 👍🏻

Then there is the new Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Moonshine Gold....and again there will be critics starting to say they are milking the SpeedMaster Moonwatch cow 😂

I just see not much news coming out of the brand except Instagram posts with models and celebrities, not sure what is going on.

Collectively, we are guilty and asking for too much new and shiny thing, which make the brands keep coming out with mediocre models and releases...

I sense a fatigue going on this year.

Long time no post...

In Omega forum...been busy with 3 other brands 😳 Without Baselworld, it’s easy to forget a brand, don’t you think? I heard they have an event call “Time to Move”, kinda appropriate name, killing two birds with one stone. Let’s see what they have in May. ...

Now it seems this set has lost its “glory”...

There was so much positive reviews back in 2017, and wait list, sold out etc. What’s not to like about these tributes? Thank you Evan1.

I don't think they've lost their glory my friend. It's just watch folks have short attention spans ;-)

They get easily distracted by the latest shiny thing. The 1957 Trilogy were the first of the faithful historical reissue watches from the big names. Not modern evolutions, but exact replicas of their greatest hits (at least looks-wise). The trio started t...

I hear you. I think it's getting to the point of exhaustion for brands to release so many new models every year (or be expected to)

Maybe Rolex had it right in the 90s and early 2000s when everyone was complaining they didn't release anything new every year! Remember those days? It's like Apple and the iPhone. You can't reinvent the wheel every year. Personally, I think brands should ...

Yes, deliver the watches that people has their deposits paid first...

The Seamaster 1948 has not been delivered yet, fyi, and owners has to pay in full since Baselworld 2018 🤦🏻‍♂️

+1 on all counts. [nt]

We may be the ones driving this because their market share & stock price is expected to grow...

by investors, which may be “us” 😬 Therefore, they are also in a challenging situation trying to please everyone, unlike Rolex and PP, who don’t really need to “answer” to the stake holders too much.

All 3 are wonderful. It's just a matter of time. Popularity will catch up.

What matters most is your happiness. 👍, excellent collection. And from a noted brand. I'm sure sturdy watches. Cheers my friend. 🍻 Geross

They are wonderful watches, with modern technology and movements...

for which I like a lot. I feel there are too many watches and models for consumers to digest. I’m going to start enjoying what I own, slow down looking for new shiny ones. Maybe that’s why Rolex is starting to focus on delivery and meeting market demand t...

I think the latest development in Speedmaster movements . . .

. . . is significant. [image credit: Omega] In the not-too-distant future, my sense is that all Professionals will be assessed more by co-ax vs pre-co-ax paradigms than 321 vs 861 ad infinitum . 2019 will be viewed as a pivotal year, imho. Not sure how I ...

It's true Omega is listening to the voice of customers....

from reviving the 321 and this 861 (3861) and trying to be truthful to the original. I heard the "new" 321 will be ready late 2019 too so a lot going on behind the scenes....just a little too quiet from the brand. Hopefully we can see and feel what they m...

Well, I was planning on only the one show in LA . . .

 By: Dr No : March 31st, 2019-23:12
. . . so no following them on tour as previous years (unless they played in Portland, of course, which was never on the schedule), but the story line is that all shows will be rescheduled. Fingers crossed for Jagger's full recovery, and a show later this ...

Lovely trilogy Raymond!

And looking forward to what you report from the Swatch event

Thank you KMII...

I won’t be attending this Swatch event, held in Switzerland I believe....just heard about it coming. Maybe it will be quite a big show, with journalists and vendors?
