It has a beautiful dial, a nice case and movement, and was one of the few watches specially designed to resist high intensity magnetic fields in those days of the 1950´s/60´s (Milgauss, IWC Ingenieur, Patek Amagnetic) which makes it specially interesting as a collector´s piece.
It was fortunate that Omega decided to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of those three models: Speedmaster, Seamaster and Railmaster with their Trilogy models which I consider one of the best re issues ever made by any Watchmakers Brand.
I was looking for the original reference 2914 for years but never found any reference in my part of the World till this one appeared a few days ago. I couldn´t let it go!

The Dauphine hands look correct ...
but from memory the centre seconds should have a disk.
Definitely lollipop with those hands...
But in my opinion vintage watches have lived a life and this is all part of it. The patina looks good.

... by a Watch Manufacturer. The model replicated was the 2914 reference which was the first Railmaster with its arrow hour hand and it is a very beautiful watch indeed. I also own those three watches and love them so much.
