Hi Steve, This is a R 17.8 SC supposedly from an early run as it still has the nickel finish. Nickel SC 17.8 movements are not often seen... most are the sub sec versions in rose gold guilt. kind regards Erich

Looks very much like some of the 30mm chronometer variants. The dial looks well aged aged, but it seems to be quite even. The case looks in nice shape. These 28SC models do turn up from time to time, but they seem to be much much less common than the 30mm...
