I could tell the dial print of yours is immaculate . . .

. . . which led me to believe it was produced in the late '40s by one of Omega's contractors. I don't recall seeing that dial configuration before, though, and for that matter, don't recall any rg chronometers without a full read-out of minute tracks.
I'll research your dial further in the morning. Truly fascinating!
