i cant read what it says on the dial underneath Omega. it could be chronometer or automatic which changes my reaction to it dependent on what it is. a very nice vintage piece by the looks of things. it would be nice to hear about how you came across it an... 

First of all thanks evrybody for the kind welcome. This watch is an omega automatic from 1952 in solid yelow gold 18k. The interessting thing is that the caliber is a 28,10 RA SC RG 354, used in chronomter constellation the same year. We knom that Omega a...  

Marco, i think this is a chronometer grade movement which could mean the dial has been redone. i could be wrong as it seems some 354's were not chronometer certified, but most were, but 'chronometer' is a very important thing to have on a dial so the lack... 

your omega with very clean dial looks nice to me. tell us more about this watch and post the movement pics if you can open the caseback. thanks. stefan

My macro can't work with that actual lense !...  

Marco, your using a DSLR arent you? macro pics are far better on point and shoots unless you buy a dedicated macro lense. if you know anyone with a point and shoot try that and lets have a movement shot. us omega vintage guys love a movement pic to see ho... 

I think that I reach My level of competence : In any case I will do some better pics (a friend of mine will do the job) and share my collection in place I created dedicated to watch collections and watch collectors. Maybe I will try first with another cam...
