Globemaster
is an underappreciated reference - but then again, that is as it should be - its pleasures are subtle, not intended to impress from across the room. I can't think of a sporty/dressy watch anywhere near the GM price point that compares. The platinum model is indeed special - enjoy it and wear it in good health.
