Commander Bond's catwalk rendezvous

The Omega Seamaster Professional, prominently showcased by Her Majesty's favourite spy and champagne sipper, RN Commander James Bond, is a highly versatile watch. Solid enough to withstand not one, but numerous near-apocalypses, but also fashionable and rich in design details, so it is not a stranger to fine dining places, theaters, and - of course - exclusive casinos.
Delivered already with two options to mount it to the wrist, yours truly, confessing strap-a-holic, immediately placed an order for some more straps. So let's look if these can reach a place ont he Seamaster's lugs:
There is no doubt that the NATO strap the "Commander's watch" is delivered on is a perfect fit colour-wise. It is said to quote one of Cdr Bond's campaign ribbons on his uniform jacket. Well, I don't know if spies are permitted to wear a uniform showing the campaigns they had been involved in, but it is a nice colour-and-stripe design, without question. What I dislike, however, is the double-layer attachment typical for the classic NATO strap. It builds up height and also tends to optically dominate the otherwise lightly designed 41mm watch.
A good alternative are two-part NATOs with conventional attachment to the lugs. Here is a very nice and colourful summer wear, quoting the bright white of the zirconium enamel dial and the various blue and red accents on dial and bezel.
A much dressier attire is this dark blue buffalo leather strap. Only the white stitching makes it appear sporty, but it is thin and very comfortable to wear. A perfect fit for the evening!
Finally, something very sportive, but in leather - when Cdr Bond is not fighting in the ocean: A substantial strap with holes for increased wearing comfort in hot conditions. The red stitching is a nice quote of the rubber-coated first fifteen minutes of the bezel and the famous 007 second hand.
What do you think? And in case you are missing the steel bracelet: this is reserved for winter.
