CK859 Timekeeping
Being a litlle obsessive (if you believe that, you'll believe anything!)...anyway, moving on, I thought that it'd be interesting to measure the 859's timekeeping over a week. The result is little short of astonishing.
I carefully set it against my radio controlled clock a week ago and then checked it today....it has gained 3 seconds!! Even if you assume that I did not quite manage to set it at the exact second and the same error when I checked it today the worst case error is +5!
Incredible stuff. During the week I have been wearing my MG Hamatic in rotation, that has gained 19 seconds. A wonderful result.

Not to compare with the MG since it’s got other mechanical qualities we all love.

I was just testing the power reserve, not the accuracy of this watch...
Fully wound Apr 16th 10:10am...and today April 19, 12:33pm it is still running accurately, not to the seconds because that was not my test but it is running for 74hrs and still keeping time....not sure when it will stop.

Time keeping
Great results i read. Manual wound. I guess the results will be better, plus 1 and than no plus and minus. It will be at point 0 when the movement had run in. Same as a very high accuracy quartz watch.

The LC definitely had considerable road noise, just like the Maserati. My tyre dealer recommended changing them for a specific Michelin. The transformation was nothing short of incredible. Kind regards Antony

I almost bought another just like it two days later.
The hesitation cost me, they went up a whole bunch and good ones got scarce shortly thereafter. The Huracán is a fun buggy.
