. . . are most intriguing, Nicolas.  Crystal, location of circled 'T' (which stands for Tritium, I believe), and absence of Omega engraving on one.  (Both have British military engraving, but one has a back machined to remove Omega's engraving.)  My sense is they're from two different production runs, separated by a year or more.

The knowledge required to sort genuine RN SM 300s from put-togethers is astonishingly deep.   Kudos for getting two in one photo.
