In my opinion, the hands are very likely service replacements . . .
. . . and probably the dial as well. Which is not to say it's undesirable in its own right. For most vintage collectors, though, there's a distinction to be made between original and correct .

but I wonder if I can visually handle so many hands and pushers. If I owned it, it could go down as something I never sell, or perhaps something that would leave very quickly... I'm really not sure. One thing is for certain, this one looks amazing.
Correct. Early examples didn't have 'nostrils'. They also didn't have . . .

I'm no expert on these but there were two different dials, mine that I got in 1970ish looked like this...

The one with the 24-hour green-black sub-dial ref. 145.013 was the first version with caliber 910
Yours has the constant seconds sub-dial where the 24-hour subdial used to be so it has a caliber 911. Either it's a ref. 145.026 or 145.036.
