Other differences between DSOM and DSOM "Pitch Black" versions
I have noticed that the Pitch Black version has a matte dial as opposed to the polished ceramic on the original DSOM version. Also, the strap is leather on the Pitch Black version as opposed to the "nylon" on the DSOM.
For me, these differences, along with the ones you observed, are enough to tilt the table to the Pitch Black version, although I am sure that for others, these are precisely the reason they would want the original!

if you could pick only one, which one would you go for ? Currently thinking of the pitch black or black black ? Also like the grey side meteorite...but it reminds me the Apollo 11 45th anniversary... Thanks for your advice! Christian ...

Is this nicer than the pitch black ? The only difference seems to be the lume in the bezel and red accents ...

I like the normal GSOTM because of the Pt coated dial and the Omega sign Lume at the Crown. ...

I'm been waiting and waiting and undecided on which ?SOTM....and this came in Basel 2016. It has new METAS certified movement and real image of the moon so I went for it. Now I just hope they don't make another one with ceramic case with this. Rgds Raymon...

the black black is really nice too...In person is pretty special and readability is not that bad may be the most exotic of them all
