The design arising from the 1980's was and remains unique with its combined bracelet, although I do not like today's iteration with its false and heavy crystal "grips". Constellation "brand" goes back a very long way and I often wonder whether Omega will gently withdraw the name where the current movements have made the earlier, celebrated ones obsolete. In my view the 1995 model was really the last Manhattan rendition that made any sense and I much admired it. I count myself fortunate in buying a 2003 one in NOS condition at auction a few years ago. I have always been surprised that the Constellation "brand" was retained when the early models looked so different from each other, as shared to compare from mine below here:
