If you can find a PAM382 Bronzo new, that would be my 1st choice for you since you seem to really enjoy this model. Many others feel the same way as you do too
If you can't find a new PAM382, I'd put the PAM507 Bronzo w/ off-centered Power Reserve lower on the buy list. I personally am not a fan of these Panerai off-centered power reserves and have always considered them to be the least attractive designed Panerai. If you don't mind it though, then by all means put the PAM507 as the 2nd possible on the buy list.
Also, if you like Panerai Bronze watches, I'd personally expect more of them in the future. Maybe they will make the Bronzo in the historic Luminor case or even the Luminor 1950 case. That's just my opinion though.
However, the PAM514 would be a better choice for a 1st Panerai instead of the PAM507. It has the beautiful new Radiomir 1940 case w/ huge crown which is to die for. It's a clean dial too but some don't like the date window. Panerai could possibly make a date-less PAM514 in the future, so if you want to hold off on the PAM514, it's not a bad choice. You can opt for the smaller 42mm PAM512 which doesn't have the date window but you may not like its small 42mm since you're accustomed to wearing 44-48mm watches.
Otherwise, my suggestion for you would maybe to look at the PAM508 Submersible Ceramic (pic below) which is great alternative to the PAM382 Bronzo.
Cheers,
Anthony
