Hello Ted! I fell in love with the color and texture of this dial. I was offered one from a Boutique mid of last year and to my regret I had to refuse it because I had just bought another Pam ...

... a few days before.
Then at ends of 2021 I called my friendly Boutique asking for a 1075 and I was told that it was completely sold out as it was a Limited edition of just 500 watches. Fortunately I sourced one from a private seller, full set with all boxes papers, etc. never worn and at a little above the original retail price.
As our friend Sergio well says with any Panerai it is a matter of liking you buy/not liking no buying the different models. I would add in this case: you not only have to consider if you like the dial but also the fact it is a Destro.
I own other Destros in my collection and in spite of being right handed and usually wearing my watches on my left wrist, I can wear my Destros both on my left or on my right wrist with no problem.
Being right handed I also find a little awkward to set the time or winding in these watches in contrast to conventional watches but it is not a big deal for me. I feel you should consider this detail if you have never worn a Destro before.
Otherwise I feel is a stunning watch I like so much.
Cheers! Abel
Mine says hello!
