I just can’t tell if this also has a sunburst effect. But each of these Firenze pieces are interesting choices by Panerai to expand into the more artistic realms of possibility.

I don't remember it "vividly" (it's been in a bank vault for quite a while) but it shouldn't be a sunburst dial like the 605.

the 604 is hand engraved, no laser. During an official Panerai function, in Florence years ago, I actually saw the engraver do the engravings
