Didn't get near as close. Started winding from dead, 10 turns and just hear *click* and *twirrrl*. Mainspring broken. Ran for 9h and dead

I know some watch guys do not like watch winders. I like my watch winder, and for the rest i wear for the power reserve. Self winding sometimes, and only when the second hand starts, i stop winding. It must be a nightmare for me, to break the spring.
