What about the smaller 42mm PAM513?

This 42mm PAM513 would be perfect for you IMO.  It has the cleaner look without the date and uses a manual wound P.999 movement which is based on a lovely Piaget movement.

I wanted a rose gold one as well but when I saw one in person, it was HUGE... If it was a lot smaller and thinner, it would have been perfect for me.
