It is a 5218-301/A reworked. Who said it is a LTD of 50 pieces ?
For info :
Of the total Mare Nostrum production, 398 unsold watches were handed to Vendome/Cartier as well as 18 watches 5218-302 and 19 watches 5218-304
The Slytech versions (5218-302 & 5218-304) were untouched and sold by Vendome/Cartier from its boutique in Firenze.
The only change was the box, squarer than the one supplied during the Pre-Vendome era
The reworked 398 pieces 5218-301/A changes were the bezel and the packaging.
All (or most) sold by early appointed resellers 1998/2000

Sorry, I am not convinced. It reminds me little bit of Bell & Ross… This is not the first dial design I would associate with Panerai. But that’s just my personal taste. Thanks for showing to us! 😊 Best Thomas

and his mates 006 and 008. They are NOT limited editions just seriously low number runs in the Pre-A period (1997) I never liked the MN model but, with a gun at my back, I would buy a 008
