Cool post!

This type of post brings up the old great debate. No one considers changing the rims on a car as somehow making the car fake. Yet the dial gets switched and a caseback gets switched and all of a sudden its a fake! Of course on the other hand, had you only posted a picture of the watch and asked the community if it was real, no one could be blamed for calling it a fake.
You obviously still have the original dial and original caseback in your possession, so in my view if this makes you happy then good for you. I own a 372 myself and personally I like the look of your new “creation” better.
Here we can see your watch does indeed look closer to the original 6152. Pictures saved a long time ago, perhaps from someone on Paneristi.com. Unsure.
Enjoy it!

My XMas project

I am very happy to present my finished XMas project today! After looking at too many vintage Panerai 6152, I decided to customize my PAM372 with a vintage style dial and a solid caseback. And here is the result. Hope you like it! ...

the PAM372 is an..original..Panerai model, that people that know a lot about the maison's history, recongnoise as a derivative of the 6152

All which is left is some pencil hands and an extra tall plexi, cracked to perfection of course😉
