For the past 2 years, I start and end with The Freak. It is my #1. AP Royal Oak for sure. The GP Laureato skeleton is hard to dismiss, a Moonwatch is a killer. I am lucky to have found peace with collecting, I don't add much and love most of them the same...

The 249 was a great way to start. It really has a lot of what I love about Panerai. No worries about the 3646, except in my fantasy life! I definitely know about “funny ones”, I've even seen a couple that have been identified and taken out of circulation....

I'd been shooting with my Z7, close up lenses, lights, shades, etc. Went downstairs to wait for the soufflé to be done, sat down and the light came through the window, I grabbed my iPhone... Oh well, I'd rather be lucky than good any day! ...
