With the 127, there was no choice. It always came with the sapphire glass. With the 372, it is different. For the first years of its production, it came with a plexy. So you have the choice.
The thing is to know if it is desirable to you. To me, plexy anytime, unless I don't have the choice. Best, Nicolas
Many thanks Sir. I just can't get rid of the feeling of missing 372 and now it's available in India through the brand in sapphire glass only.
I've two options; 1. I should wait till I get opportunity to buy a good condition 372 with plexiglas. 2. If there is little difference, I should buy new with 8 years warranty and peace of mind. Regards

Does t the plexy break down very easily or much easier than sapphire? Personally I would prefer the least vulnerable.
