Great pics of my favorite modern Panerai
Ahoi, your colorful sweater, jeans, and boots perfectly complement this beauty. I love the 673, 249, 721, 372, and various 'smaller' (44mm) models, but this one really has the magic, in my opinion. It's something about the big crown and simplicity and symmetry of the case without the guard.
Pam587… so many Paneristi went crazy at the time it came out… many didn’t get one…
A few years later, the watch didn’t loose its Charme to me. But so much easier to get one 👍🏽 ...

Very nice, Ahoi! I wonder if you’ve noticed, but it seems a little more challenging to find a 673 compared to a 587. I’m not sure why, since I didn’t think one was more popular than the other.
It probably has to do with....
the guard bridge that identifies a Panerai...instantly...That and the fact that the 6254 case (the 1940 one, as they call it today) seems to be appreciated by the brand's purists. IMO
Well summarized. My conclusion would be the same.
The crown guard is for many people what makes Panerai special.

I so much enjoy wearing it. I wouldn’t mind getting a 673 one day. Only negative point is the color of the writing. Sad that’s it’s not white …
