i have seen it in Luzern and think it’s a good looking and balanced Pam. I like the color of the dial. The watch itself reminds me a bit on the 662. A lot of doubts

In the beginning regarding the color . Now most people love it.
A brown dial is always a bit sensitive to the color of the dial. But the depending on your personal taste you can pimp the look to brownish / greyish you like...
my summary: there is nothing wrong with it. It’s to me a pretty balanced brownzo. So if you like to have a bronzo and you like the watch, get it. I would not consider potential selling prizes .

Got the call for a Bronzo today?

Hi - the local panerai Boutique has offered me the Bronzo. Interested is what the group thinks. I love the watch but feel it would not be a long term keeper... at retail is it a good buy if I am to sell in a year or so? Pic=ref only Cheers ...

Any reason - apart from the obvious profit to be made?

If u like bronzo and always wanted to get one and it fits into your collection I would take it.

if this going to be the "deal of the century" for me, the quick answer is...no. In a year or so, there will not be a horde of people trying to brake down your door to get the watch...whatever the cost. If you were me, you'd just keep on liking it from a d...

Grab it if you can

Been trying to get my local boutique to get me one for the last 6 months with no luck. Grab it - use it - if in a year or so you want to sell it I have no doubt you will get you money back...easy...

I would just take if I am a bit in love it .

I heard as well from a Boutique that there are longer waiting lists. Still I wouldn’t bet in it if you get all your money back. Which is always fine to me when I buy something i like.

I’ve already been offered one about 2 months ago and passed!

not a fan of the brown ceramic insert in the bezel. The bronzo is supposed to have an entire case made of bronze which will give the watch a raw/toolish effect once patina kicks in. With the ceramic insert I think it looks kinda weird imho of course. In t...

Case

The entire case is made of bronze - the ceramic is an insert. I think with aging the patina will look great with the clean look of ceramic!

I know that the insert is inside a bronze bezel.

But when comparing the 968 to the older versions, I believe a full bronze case with the ceramic insert kinda looks better and more of a vintage looking timepiece. Ceramic kills the vintage effect of the watch. Just my 2 cents of course Laurent

Grab it quick!

Grab it, the boutique in my region won’t sell me one unless I buy 3 other pams. I think it’s awesome, a modern twist on the other Bronzo before hand. I actually prefer this model over the previous, much more actually. They are impossible to get and your m...

Love it best Bronzo yet! [nt]
