I had the wrong movement in my records, so - it is not a Valjoux 7753. I don't know the chrono module, the base movement should be ETA. I will have the answer soon.

Regarding SE v. LE (Special Edition v. Limited Edition), it very simple:

SE is a limited edition made in that year alone. It is accompanied by a larger box and a scroll

LE are all Panerai watches - the number is limited for a certain year, but it can be made for a few consecutive years at different numbers each year.

The above is the norm, while there can be a few deviations, such as OOR (out of range) runs for SE's (like the 127 or the 163); A LE can instantly become close to a SE if it is made for one year only, such as the 162 or 40.

The PAM 308 is a SE for 2008 (K series).

and if not an SE how does it work? Does that mean they will make it for several years like other non se? and each year also come out with all new models? or maybe it becomes an se when they decide not to make more-- Im confused
