Based on looks alone...
...I like the old ETA movement better. It feels like it fits the case, has a bit of color with the blued screws, and is generally lighter-feeling IMO.

I'm undecided but am leaning towards the P.999 a little
If the caliber P.999 had a large balance wheel like the Unitas caliber OP X, then I'd definitely vote hands down for the P.999. Since I haven't seen the P.999 in the flesh yet, I don't know if the finishing is better or not, or if it's basically the same ...

I won't say that I like one more than the other, but I do really like the looks of the new P999 movement. I love how the bridges wrap around the balance wheel and how curvy everything looks. Kudos Panerai!
