It took me a while to learn to appreciate injera, but now it's a real favorite.

Beautiful day in the DC area — out running errands and decided to stop by a wonderful Ethiopian bistro for a dish called “full.” Great lunch!

Actually, Silver Spring, Maryland. There are a great many Ethiopians and Eritreans here and, therefore, coffee and dining from these countries to boot!
