995 or 911?

Which one would you take if wanting a green dial and why — but please answer ONLY if you have equal appreciation for both Luminor and Radiomir models?

the dial printing is crisper, the glass is more vintage and it is overall a cleaner watch IMO I had a green watch for a while, this is not for everyday. This Panerai shade is quite classic, I like it!

The bottom one (Radiomir)

Prefer the case without crown guard and the inclusion of the '9'.

Ditto!

Agree, lean towards Radiomir with the somewhat “cleaner dial” but even more so the domed-shaped crystal.

I don't know which is which

But 911 is always the answer

For me clearly the Radiomir.

The dial with the 9 looks much more harmonious to me than on the Luminor. Best Thomas

995 for me.

995

For the dome glass, the full 3 6 9 12 + small second, and the more exclusive rad case 👍🏼 The mvt is also much nicer with the micro rotor !

For me it’s the 911. It’s a very special piece. And it’s probably one of the few modern Panerai that actually has appreciated in value.

The two are basically different. One has an eight day manually wound movement and I believe the 995 has a micro rotor. There’s also a difference in the case aside from the crown protector ...

Good side by side pic..

995 for me. Sure it’s an automatic but it does have a nice micro rotor. I love micro rotors. Then there’s the full 12-3-6-9. Domed crystal. And, of course, the 1940 case shape.
