The 190 is still WAY my favourite Panerai...
... although the 323 looks like a very seductive successor!
Almost as clean in looks despite having an extra GMT hand plus a very unobtrusive date window (without the silly magnifying glass).
I'm waiting for the side-by-side post on those two!

These two beauties are powered by the same engine. I think Panerai did a marvelous job with the 190 which will remain a classic. When you wind this beauty up it feels like silk. Bill...

I got the chance to wind up the 198 a couple of times when I got it for my mom's birthday last year, and i believe she is enjoying it very much... Not to mention the heft of the Platinum makes you wanna say "oommmhh" each time you caress it! Cheers Stephe...
