Not sure of my intentions
But I guess because it is the only thing my father left me, my intentions are to return it to its original glory. Once the watch returns from its service and refurb I guess it won't matter so much, so I think it's just a reaction to not having the watch for 6 weeks. I nearly bought another Luminor yesterday purely because I miss having it on my wrist!
Thanks again for all your help filling in the missing gaps in my watch's history.

Tony, what is the significance of the box?
If you don't have the papers, it's not going to be a complete set, so might as well enjoy the watch! If your intentions are other, this may be the wrong forum Cheers, Asi
