I really like that one. If I didn’t own the 562, also Ti/tobacco, I’d pick up one of these. A Rad with regular lugs, 45mm, sandwich, etc., what’s not to like? [nt]

Opinions requested Pam 619

Normally I don’t seek opinions but this model has created interest for me. I wouldn’t hesitate if it didn’t have the automatic on the dial and in particular if it didn’t have a secondhand. However I’m still attracted to it. Thanks for looking and sharing ...

I may be in the minority here...

...but I have always found that having both the numeral "9" AND a second hand is out of balance for me. One or the other -- but not both. I have a 655, and find that the micro-rotor provides an interesting variation -- I like it. Similarly, the 655 has "a...

if you hesitate it‘s better to refuse. And the „automatic“ on the dial is not very „sexy“. IMHO All the best, my friend Thomas

Hello Tony, you should maybe look at the PAM 995, 932 and 690...

which don't have "automatic" on the dial, but they do have a secondhand. I myself don't like this "automatic" on the dial. And i don't even understand why they stick to put it on the dial as automatic movements are so common nowadays... I wish you'll find...

They put

„automatic“ automatically on the dial. 😎 Bad joke. I know. But it had to be.... Hahahahaha

"Automatic" kills it for me . . .

With Panerai, the heritage is everything -- dials were clean back in the day and should remain so. If that printing and the second-hand are bothering you, I would find another model. There are a zillion different Panerai's -- keep looking IMO.

As others have said.....

995 is the way to go if you want an automatic, but no automatic dial.... the other big plus is the domed sapphire. No other variant (45mm 1940 seconds with micro rotor) has it.... One Con could be; I believe you have a 911 and that would be two green dial...

Good - You're going to love it

On the Purist and Paneristi point it view that’s right.

The majority of customers don’t know much about that. So they don’t Mind or even might appreciate the automatic indication which is pretty common on the market.

It’s a very attractive modern Panerai.

Modern and super thin P.4000 movement with a micro rotor. Titanium case with a tabacco dial. Lots of DNA on the dial with it’s second. Only minus point it the automatic indeed. That’s personal taste. My first Panerai was a 572. Same watch in steel

I saw it "live" immeditely after....

they launched the model. I don't dislike it "intensely". If I didn't like a different type of Panerai, I would probably own one. The brown dial is nice, for me, the strap complements it to a tee....

For me no go with the word automatic. [nt]

The small seconds hand is no barrier to me. Actually I like it better than without small seconds. Automatic: on this one I think I would prefer manual wind. That would slim it down a bit as well
