What I know from the factory is that its left hand sibling, the 557, is not produced since 2 years.
Under this light, these news would hardly surprise me. Having said that, I love both references. All the best, Alex
If so, I wonder what would replace it. I'm thinking this is the equivalent of an entry level..
Moonwatch or Submariner for Panerai and should always be in the catalog or at least its essence. Brands need an anchor after all. If it's replaced, I hope they just upgrade it.. better WR? Different color indices? Something non-matching like an off white ...

they have produced quite a few of them already. I'm sure a lot of re-sellers offer NOS 372 or very well kept second hands ones, for much lower figure than the one you'd have to fork out, discount-less, in a boutique. So out with the old, in with the new. ...
